This site describes the product-development services offered by Adnan Umar. The content is for information only — it is not an offer, quote, or contract, and timelines, prices, and examples shown are illustrative.
Case studies and figures (e.g. "30 days," "under $10K," agency-equivalent values) reflect past work and typical scope. Your project's scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing after a discovery call. Outcomes depend on the agreed scope and your involvement.
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, milestones, payment, ownership, and support. Where that agreement and this site differ, the signed agreement controls. Ownership of code, IP, and documentation transfers to the client as set out in that agreement.
The site's text, design, and brand are owned by Adnan Umar unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables are handed over and owned by the client per the project agreement.
The site links to external products (e.g. app.dst.travel, warmlane.io) and tools. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Project liability is addressed in the project agreement.
